In October there will be an exciting opportunity to learn more about Gaelic, the Colonsay dialect of the language, Gaelic culture and song on Colonsay. Run by Colonsay Community Development Company and funded by Bòrd na Gàidhlig, the weekend will feature local tutors and musicians and will offer varied ‘taster’ sessions and relaxed conversational classes at a beginner level. Those with a prior knowledge of Gaelic may enjoy attending just the taster sessions and the music sessions in the hotel in the evenings.
